Because those modules share one database, a hire entered once reaches the org chart, the attendance calendar, the benefits enrolment, and the payroll run without anyone rekeying it. The interface is multi-lingual and data entry is bi-lingual, so a Georgian and an English record are the same record rather than two.

Companies, business units, departments, positions, jobs, job families, work schedules, and locations are modelled explicitly, with the reporting hierarchy stored as structure rather than drawn by hand in a chart someone has to maintain.

The summary opens on what a manager actually asks for: current salary, gross and net, benefit in force, and the vacation and unpaid leave still available.

Hiring employees, contractors and casual staff, probation, salary and position changes, multiple and parallel assignments, transfers, temporary assignments, contract renewal, and termination each run as a named operation with its own effective date and reason.

Every one of them writes to the same employee file, so the history is a record of what happened rather than a reconstruction after the fact.

Compensation is configured rather than coded: multiple salary matrices, flexible compensation types and plans, multi-currency support, benefits and awards, pension fund handling, and gross and net remuneration calculated side by side.

Benefit enrolment, one-time benefits, advance payments, and corporate phone limits are administered from the same screens the payroll run later reads, which is what removes the reconciliation step between HR and payroll.

Standard and custom work schedules, weekends and holiday calendars, grace intervals, and break rules are defined per company, and attendance is controlled across multiple locations at once.

Data arrives from wherever it already lives: self-service clock-in, spreadsheets, or attendance hardware. Managers get real-time visibility of who is in, and attendance is calculated automatically for payroll rather than retyped into it.

The employee file, compensation and benefits, leave, and timesheets feed one automated calculation, which posts to accounting and produces payment files for the banks. Incomes, deductions, taxes, and tax allowances are configurable rather than fixed.

It runs regular, off-cycle, and final-pay calculations, generates payslips, and can be run for a single employee. The wizard shows each period with its own collection, calculation, and payment state, so control reports and error correction catch a problem before payment rather than after it.

Documents for HR operations generate dynamically from templates the HR team maintains, and checklists hold the steps of an onboarding or a termination so nothing is missed. Email and system notifications fire on process-based schedules, with employee data merged into the text by field rather than typed in.
